A Different Kind of Retreat
This is a guided, in-person immersion through somatic awareness, ancestral imprinting, and consciousness-based exploration—held in a private house setting that supports deep, uninterrupted presence.

How the Work Happens

I asked my spirit guide how we heal what we cannot yet see or name.

We create a steady, focused space where whatever is ready to be acknowledged, understood or released can surface.

somatic experiences, including guided meditations and ceremony-based practices

Acknowledging and healing ancestral, generational and self trauma is imperative because we can’t increase our frequency while holding on to such low energy.
