What to Expect
Once we have a head count, the best private house for our group will be secured.
Everyone receives a private bedroom (unless you prefer to share). The goal is ensuite/private bathrooms for all, but it can’t be guaranteed.
Activities are chosen by the group. A survey will be sent via email with popular requests and pricing as allowed, space for suggestions, and room and food preferences (eating in or out).
Popular requests include:
Easy to moderate hiking (difficulty matched to the group)
Meditation at the vortexes
Sky watches for anomalous objects
Aura photos
Astrology and card readings
Sessions with local healers
Sightseeing in and around Sedona
Jeep tours to Bradshaw Ranch or hard-to-reach areas
Ancient Native American ruins
The focus is simple: relax, enjoy, and meet only the commitments the group chooses—without over scheduling.
Pricing
Group pricing will be based on costs of housing and group tours and events. Staying in Sedona proper is considerably more expensive than nearby Cottonwood or Cornville, which are 20-30 minutes away. Options will be included in the survey.
Jeep and other tours through local companies are based on the number of participants, with the amount per person decreasing with more participants
Current prices for individual services offered by local providers will be included in the survey. These can be scheduled during the same time frame. Each person will individually pay the providers, as prices vary.
Final price will be confirmed once the group size and activities are set.
