A Different Kind of Retreat
This is a guided, in-person immersion through somatic awareness, ancestral imprinting, and consciousness-based exploration—held within the landscapes where significant human history unfolded.
We work with:
the body and nervous system
emotional and behavioral patterns
inherited and generational imprinting
collective human experience held in history
This is not conceptual.
It is experiential, embodied, and grounded in real environments.
The number of participants is intentionally limited to allow for intimate, deep work.
Why These Places Matter
We move through Cape Cod, Plymouth, Boston, Salem and Essex—locations in New England where profound human experiences unfolded.
We explore the lived realities beneath white-washed history, including:
Indigenous trauma and displacement
Early colonial survival and hardship
Social and economic disparity in early Boston
Collective fear and projection during the Salem witch trials
It is history as lived human experience, embodied and passed on through DNA.
And when experienced in present awareness, patterns often become recognizable—not only in the past, but within ourselves.
Why is This Work Important Now?
We’re living in unprecedented times. Gaia herself is preparing to enter into a new, higher dimension. As her inhabitants, we are being given the opportunity to increase our vibrational frequency at an accelerated rate, which is necessary to progress to the next dimension.
Acknowledging and healing ancestral, generational and self trauma is imperative because we can’t increase our frequency while holding on to such low energy. Free will is key here. No, we aren’t required to do the work, just like we aren’t required to ascend. Remaining in the density of 3D is an option, and we each have free will to choose.
How the Work Happens
This is a consciously curated, intentionally paced retreat experience.
Nothing is forced. Nothing is required beyond your capacity.
You will be supported through:
somatic experiences, including guided meditations and ceremony-based practices
nervous system grounding and awareness tools
reflective journaling and integration practices
optional group discussion and sharing
time in historically significant locations with guided awareness
What You May Experience
While no outcomes are promised, participants often describe:
increased awareness of long-standing patterns
shifts in emotional reactivity
a greater sense of internal space and clarity
new perspectives on past experiences and triggers
a feeling of release or lightness
This is not about becoming someone new.
It is about no longer unconsciously carrying what is ready to be released.

A Somatic & Consciousness-Based Immersion Through New England’s Historical Landscapes
There are moments in life when something inside you starts to awaken, begins gnawing at you to shift, but to shift what and how?
Patterns are becoming harder to ignore.
Reactions feel stronger, more immediate.
What once felt manageable is now asking to be addressed.
At the same time, world events, conflict, and uncertainty can feel more activating than usual—not just intellectually, but emotionally and physically.
One way to understand this is that present-day experiences can interact with deeper layers—personal, generational, and collective patterns held in the body. When these layers are activated, responses can feel amplified.
This isn’t something to fear.
It is a signal that something deeper is ready to be seen, processed, and worked on more consciously.
If you’ve been sensing that something in you is ready to change…you’re in the right place.

Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) is the correct airport.
-
Arrival: Please try to arrive in Boston on Saturday, June 6, by mid afternoon.
Departure: It is about a 40-60 minute drive to the airport to leave on Friday, June 12, so we will all need to leave together. It will be terrific if we don’t have to leave before 7:30 am, but we will do what we need to do!
-
Yes, we’re happy to! Trip forms will be emailed to you. Please clearly state any allergies and intolerances you have, along with your dietary preferences.
-
You can reach us anytime via our contact page or email: Admin@MajonaDawn.com. We aim to respond quickly—usually within one business day.
-
The most strenuous day will consist of walking around downtown historic Boston. The stops are only minutes apart. A drop off and pick up from the parking garage can prevent the longest (.5-.8 mi.) section of walking.
You will have the option of leisurely walks along the beach and in the estate gardens.
-
Highs are generally in the mid-to-upper 70s°F, with comfortable evenings in the low 60s°F. Rain is possible in June, so consider a waterproof jacket.
-
You will receive a general itinerary via email prior to the retreat. Keeping open hearts and minds will allow us to adjust to meet needs as we process what arises.
-
Yes, you will be able to stay connected with your loved ones.
That being said, the more present you can be, the more impactful the experience will be for you and the group. So please plan to touch base with home in the evenings after we’ve completed our day together.
-
Depending on the number of people registered, there may be an opportunity to share a room that has double or twin beds. Please reach out if that is of interest to you.
-
Plan for comfortable, casual and laid back. We won’t be doing any fine dining, so leave your little black dress or nice suit and tie at home.
Comfortable walking shoes are a must. Consider a swimsuit and cover up. We’ll be a 5 min. walk from the beach in Cape Cod, and have a beautiful private outdoor pool in Essex.
Once you decide to join us, we’ll provide a more detailed list of what to bring and what not to bring.
-
No! We all want to ascend! This is a non-gender specific retreat.
